Did you know that your cells, bones and your body speak? This session will reconnect you to that language and it's wisdom through song.  Songs from the Cells will help you to lead a clearer, more integrated and connected life in alignment with your True Nature. It is for those in transition, those desiring change, clarity, celebration, wisdom, healing, a deeper connection to self and to nature and nature spirits and for mothers and their newborns.  

For those desiring healing, any traumas, injuries and past experiences, if not fully digested and released create disassociation or fragmentation in the body as well as consciousness.  This leads to ill health, dis-ease as well as your current life situations or challenges. The natural mechanism of the body is to heal and mend given a supportive environment and facilitation.  Most have lost touch with this internal power.  Behavior and habit patterns, like beliefs, protection and defense mechanisms, reflect where the body, mind and spirit are holding traumas and/or experiences.  This creates continued suffering and/or perceived failures, rather than fulfillment. These, if looked at through another lens, are opportunities for growth and change.  Authentic and genuine expression and behaviors arise naturally from a body, mind and spirit at peace, integrated and whole.

Your system develops adaptations, tendencies, identifications, due to unresolved stories stored in your cellular matrix and tissues. Once a story within your cells has been heard and witnessed, you are open to change.  Your identification with your version of yourself and your life is seen.  Now you can begin to see things differently, arrive at new choices and heal.  This means a change in the cellular tone and shape of your tissues.  Instead of being in a state of constant adaptation or fight-or-flight,  you begin to see and experience a new, more authentic way of being based on the now.

"Songs from the Cells" supports this unification, allowing the magic of inner alchemy to occur.  The sessions are personally created in the moment by what is naturally arising within you for healing, witnessing, celebrating, experiencing and releasing.
